• Abstract has to be submitted online only, offline submitted abstract will not be considered for review.
• The maximum word count limit is 300.
• Detail of presenting author as Name, Designation, Institute, Email ID, Mobile Number, Conference registration number & names of all co-authors should be clearly mentioned.
• It should be structured as Title, Objectives, Methodology, Result & Conclusions.
• The papers that are not accepted for platform presentation will be considered for poster presentation based on merits.
• The size of poster flex will be 2ft. (left to right) x 3ft (top to bottom).
• The screening ofthe abstracts will be done by the scientific committee and their decision will be final.
• Presenting author will be informed 15 days prior to the conference about the status of his/her abstract.
• Use the font style Arial and font size 14pt. in English.
• Please mention abstract for platform presentation/poster presentation.
• Conference registration is mandatory for abstract presentation.
• The last date for submission of the abstract is 31st December, 2025.
