REGISTRATION GUIDELINES


  • Registration is mandatory for delegates and students presenting papers / posters.
  • PG Student/Resident Certificate form HOD is mandatory for registration.
  • Registration cannot be transferred.
  • Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch / dinner and delegate kit.
  • Provide us your updated email id & mobile number. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
  • It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter / PG certificate to avail the registration in PG category.
  • Children above 12 years have to be registered as accompanying person.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat and the refund will be made after one month of the conference.
  • If cancellation is received on / before 31st December 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is received on / before 31st January 2026, 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • There after, there is no refund.
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if sent via email rajrssdi2026@gmail.com.

PAYMENT MODE: Offline payment

  • Multi city cheque (Please write your name & Mobile No.) in favor of "Research Society for the Study of Diabetes of India" payable at Kota.
  • After NEFT please send mail at rajrssdi2026@gmail.com with screenshot of NEFT detail & Registration Form.
  • Please send the duly filled registration form along with DD/Cheque to conference secretariat Address.
